Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn't right, you have 10 days from the date your order arrives to reach out and start the return process.

Approved returns are issued as store credit and shipping fees aren't refundable.

​

A few exceptions, for hygiene reasons: fragrance rollers can't be returned or exchanged, and room sprays or diffusers can't be returned once the bottle or lid has been used.

​

To qualify for a return, the item needs to come back to me unused and in its original condition, along with your receipt or order confirmation.

How to start a return
Email me at hello@dailyritualsco.com before sending anything back - items mailed to me without a prior return request won't be accepted. Once your return is approved, you'll be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was my mistake (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).
